Enable Ireland attended the Labour Court on 07/02/18 on the pay restoration claim and advised the Court of its position vis-à-vis funding and affordability. The unions confirmed that they do not dispute Enable Ireland's stated figures. We expect a Labour Court recommendation to be issued within the coming weeks.
