Cork Adult Services welcomes new technology
This device can enable a person who has never been able to communicate through speech, to 'speak' for the first time through a computer, allow a person with a physical disability to control their environment through smart homes technologies - allowing them to control heating and lighting, so that they are less dependent on people to assist them. It can ensure that a person with a disability can access education and employment. It can, truly, be lifechanging.
We're so thrilled to be welcoming this incredible piece of technology into our Cork Adult Services at Little Island. It will be used to assist and train adults with disabilities.
